inspection codenamed Oplan Greyhound. - The inmates were temporarily
held in the chapel as jail personnel inspect their cells during the
operation, which is a regular inspection conducted with the Philippine
Drug Enforcement Authority (PDEA) and the Bureau of Jail Management and
Penology at the jail.
